Really great location. Right on the canal next to great cafes (Oslo has delicious coffee just a block away) and shops. We … More had a canal view and it was quite most of the time. The Toren is split across 2 buildings. We were in the second one (not the one with the main lobby). Our building had a small elevator. The building and room was gorgeous inside and well kept. Service was great. We asked for a crib and they had it delivered to the room before our arrival. -
We had a great stay . Spacious bedroom and bathroom, luxury style, multi-functional jacuzzi and automatic WC, pretty bar … More as well. Definitely worth of what i spend. And especially Thanks to Michel,little boy loves his room! Me too.

We loved our stay here. It’s a great location- close/walkable to everything. The staff were so kind, friendly, and accommodating. … More They even offered to make dinner reservations and order taxis, etc. The room was big and very comfortable. They have two buildings and we were in the one a few steps away from the main building, which we actually liked because it was very quiet and we never even saw another guest.

After a marathon train ride from London that dumped us in Brussels at midnight and didn't get us to Amsterdam until … More a full 24 hours later, we entered a little ragged and tired into The Toren - a wonderful hotel on one of the canals. Once settled in our luxurious rooms, I meandered over to the bar where bartender Gert navigated my exploration through the drink menu - all the while providing little shots of Jenever - until all my bad memories of the train were merely a distant fog (as was everything else in short order). My wife and I spent the evening dining, cruising the canal by boat, and exploring this amazing city. Somehow I managed to arise early enough the next morning for a bicycle ride around the city (The Toren rents them for a small price). None of our wonderful time in Amsterdam would have been as easy without the great staff at The Toren - a truly remarkable hotel!
