A little letdown was due to presence of groups of men in the vicinity at night which can be slightly intimidating considering the long walk from the train station to the hotel. Otherwise,a highly recommended place to stay.

There was one customer already checking out when we arrived and the receptionist was chatting them up for the longest time. Someone else cut in front of me right after to buy a drink which prompted another long chat. I didn't feel as welcomed when it was my turn to check in. It seemed like she was prejudiced towards us.

The service was very kind and even took care of our bags after the checkout while we where exploring the city.The only inconvenience is the location: while it's very close to the center and all the good places to eat and visit –a 10 minute walking distance–, at night it's a bit scary, even heard some people saying it wasn't safe. We walked at night tho, and nothing happened to us. So all in all, a very recommended hotel.
